The Old Clam House was built in 1861 and still resides in the Baywiew neighborhood at 299 Bayshore Blvd. My father grew up in the Bay Area and used to go frequently with my Uncle. I went recently for the first time and it was exactly as he had explained it. The bar has old tractor seats and the walls are covered in license plates.
